Items shipped to Pennsylvania address - add 6% Sales Tax.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping costs begin at approximately $11.00 and are calculated based on the weight of the product and the zone that the item is being shipped to. Oversized items require more shipping cost.
We only ship items in the Continental US by UPS. Please note that we are located in Pennsylvania and that it may take up to five working days for gift items to reach the West Coast. Ordering two or more items to the same address may require multiple shipping boxes and charges - we will contact you regarding any adjustment to shipping charges.
Please allow up to two weeks for orders to be shipped. Our items are all customized and painted to order. If you need to receive your order sooner, we can try to accomodate you. Please note in the comments section of your order any special instructions.
Items can be shipped overnight or 2 day air for an additional charge. If this service is needed, please contact our store during business hours Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-5:00 at 888-870-pygs.
You will receive a confirmation on the day that your order has been shipped. If you require a tracking number, please email us for that information.
We process all items promptly. If any item is temporarily not available you will be notified.
